Purpose

Wiik Pharma ApS is committed to conducting its activities responsibly, ethically, and in compliance with applicable laws and internationally recognized standards. This policy defines the overarching principles governing human rights, labor practices, ethical conduct, anti-corruption, workplace health and safety, environmental responsibility, and responsible management of business relationships.

Governance & Accountability

Top management and the Board of Directors hold overall responsibility for responsible business conduct. The Chief Executive Officer ensures implementation of this policy through the QMS, supported by Quality Assurance and relevant functional roles.

Human Rights & Labor Rights Commitment

Wiik Pharma ApS is a Danish incorporated company that respects internationally recognized human rights and labor rights throughout its operations and value chain. This includes respect for freedom of association, prohibition of forced or child labor, non-discrimination, fair working conditions, and safe workplaces as embedded in Danish law.

Due Diligence & Transparency Act Compliance

Wiik Pharma ApS conducts risk-based due diligence to identify, assess, prevent, and mitigate actual or potential adverse impacts on people, society, and the environment. The company maintains transparency regarding its due diligence processes and outcomes through documented records and management reporting to all of its suppliers and relevant government agencies and is audited regularly.

Business Partner Expectations & Leverage

Business partners are expected to operate in compliance with applicable laws and to respect internationally recognised human rights and labour standards, including the principles set out in the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises and the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work.

Expectations regarding quality, compliance, ethical conduct, and responsible business practices are established through qualification of suppliers, sub-suppliers and customers. Where applicable, Wiik Pharma ApS establishes contractual arrangements related to business conduct and quality management.

Anti-Corruption & Ethical Conduct

Wiik Pharma ApS maintains a zero-tolerance approach to bribery, corruption, fraud, and improper influence. Ethical conduct is required in all interactions with customers, suppliers, public authorities, and healthcare stakeholders.

When Wiik Pharma ApS becomes aware of ethical misconduct, Wiik Pharma ApS suspends activities with such entities, private or public, and takes active steps to report and mitigate such conduct.

Reporting, Whistleblowing & Complaints

Employees and external stakeholders may report concerns related to unethical behavior, human rights risks, product quality, or compliance issues without fear of retaliation directly to top management.
